In Mandarava‘s kitchen, we host small groups of six of so people for a two hour session. Recipes are prepared then enjoyed for dinner together. The course is a relaxed conversation around the island of cutting boards and pots.
Alternatively we meet for class in your home, which has the benefit of putting your own equipment and space into action.
Or you might join an adventure abroad. Our cooking retreat is one part luxury, two parts study-time; roughly six hours of active cooking time per day allows a thorough enjoyment of the three hours eating.
